Particularly in the field of spiral screen dryer fabrics, Rodewisch has achieved universal acclaim over the past few years. The newest equipment and the most advanced R & D efforts have allowed us to produce among the finest (smallest) spirals and the lowest cfm values. These spiral dryers have shown their advantages especially in fast-running machines, as well as in positions where hydrolysis or stickies are a problem.

Rotherm - spiral dryers

Filaments in round or flat profiles; hydrolysis resistant spirals: PES, PPS, Ryton
Air permeabilities from 1200 to 80 cfm, with felt layers
Polyurethane edge reinforcement

Non-marking top layer

Air permeability from 100 to 300 cfm
Recommended for photographic raw paper and all papers sensitive to marking

Non-marking by sanded flat wires
Hydrolysis resistant
Very high, smooth paper contact surface
Suited for very fine papers sensitive to marking
Extra grip via the sanded surface
