Applications of Screens and Belts
Properties
Rodewisch screens and belts are produced under tension and fixed at 180°C (350°F), assuring a high degree of stability and long running life. Many of our styles come in teflon coated, teflon co-extruded or PPS monofilaments. Ryton/PPS belts have an upper working temperature range of 420°F and are available as woven or spiral belts.

Quality control
The production departments follow precise quality procedures, as outlined in our updated ISO 9001 Procedures Manual. Further, all workers are fully involved in our CIP-Continuous Improvement Program. Our QC Managers report directly to the CEO to ensure rapid conversion of new ideas into production improvements.
